A normal search can be carried out on any individual or company and the search results will provide a list of notes matching the parameters requested in the application. The client is informed that notwithstanding the choice to limit the search, all warrants and other court notes will still be issued if they match the name and surname of the person being searched. The search can also be limited to no different maternity notes in which case only notes matching the mother’s name will be included in the results. If the search is not limited to no different maternity notes, notes referring to a mother with a different mother’s name or surname will only be enlisted on the Front Page carrying a 0.95 c fee instead of the standard 3.20 eur. Similarly, one can choose to limit the search to properties in a specific locality, meaning that notes referring to properties in other localities will be enlisted on the Front Page with a d/p (different property) sign next to them and will also carry a 0.95c fee. The client can order multiple searches and group them together so that any common notes will be issued once, thus reducing the total fee payable. The fee includes a €15.85 deposit and €3.20 or €0.95 per note. The search will be processed and issued within a maximum of ten working days following the submission date.

Priority Search or Fast-Track Search is issued within three (3) working days starting from the day following the submission date, carrying a deposit fee of €31.70 and a note fee of €6.40 or €1.90.
