Searches
A client can submit four types of Searches, through our front office or online (all searches can cover Transfers, Liabilities or Fidi, a combination of two of them or all three simultaneously. Normal, Priorities and Update searches are collected from the Front Office.
A normal search can be carried out on any individual or company and the search results will provide a list of notes matching the parameters requested in the application. The client is informed that notwithstanding the choice to limit the search, all warrants and other court notes will still be issued if they match the name and surname of the person being searched. The search can also be limited to no different maternity notes in which case only notes matching the mother’s name will be included in the results, to a specific locality. The client can order multiple searches and group them together so that any common notes will be issued once, thus reducing the total fee payable. The fee includes a €15.85 deposit and €3.20 or €0.95 per note. The search will be processed and issued within a maximum of ten working days.
Priority Search or Fast-Track Search is issued within three (3) working days from the submission date carrying a deposit fee of €31.70 and a note fee of €6.40 or €1.90.
