Expatriates Unit Non – Employment Permits – Change of Address/Lost/Stolen/Damaged Residence Permits

Expatriates Unit

Persons residing in Malta are required to inform the competent authorities of a change of address. In the case of eResidence documents, the competent authority is Identità.

 

A change of address may be notified via e-mail to: noneu.identita@gov.mt , indicating:

  • Name and surname;
  • Residence number (format: 000000A);
  • Former and New address.

Identità will respond with a date and time for the biometrics appointment, accompanied by the applicable form that needs to be filled and the list of documents that need to be presented at the time of appointment.

 

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Residence Permits

 

With regards to Lost/Stolen/Damaged Residence Cards, a notification is to be sent on noneu.identita@gov.mt , indicating:

 

  • Name and Surname;
  • Residence Number (Format: 000000A);

Identità will respond with a date and time for the biometrics appointment, accompanied by the applicable form that needs to be filled and the list of documents that need to be presented at the time of appointment.
