As of 1st November, the Expatriates Unit will be introducing a new form that foreign applicants who are residing in a rental free accommodation must submit.

The Declaration of Accommodation is required for individuals or companies providing accommodation to foreign applicants free of charge. This form must be filled out and signed by the provider of the accommodation, confirming the arrangement.

Applicants residing in rental-free properties provided by their employer must submit this form. Additionally, a copy must be kept by the person offering the accommodation.

It is of utmost importance that the form is properly filled and submitted to avoid any delays in the application process.
