Malta’s Public Registry is recognised for its excellent service
Identità has been recognised with the third Public Service’s Quality Award. This Quality Award was presented to the Public Registry of Malta, for the excellent quality service it provides.
The Quality Award is a prestigious recognition that is presented to public entities and Government departments that demonstrate exceptional levels in service delivery and a commitment to quality standards and good governance. It is given after a rigorous evaluation process, during which, the department is assessed on the quality service that it offers as well as the efficiency of its services.
This is the third Quality Award that Identità has received in the span of two years. In 2023, the Identity Cards Unit and the Passport Office were each recognised with a Quality Award. Moreover, the Mystery Shopper exercises that take place from time to time, confirmed that both departments are still providing an excellent quality service and thus, still hold such achievement.
Identità’s Chief Executive, Mr. Steve Agius, acknowledged the commitment of the employees and thanked them for their hard work and dedication.
