Persons aged 14 years need to apply for an Identity Card not later than one month after their fourteenth birthday.

Requirements for Application:

• Application Form ID10 (which must be filled in by the applicant, signed and stamped by a recommender on Page 3, and Section D5, verifying the identity of the applicant and that he/she has known the applicant for at least two years. The recommender may write the warrant number instead of the stamp. The recommender must be a person who holds a University degree, and in the case of minors cannot be one of the parents. Form ID10 may be collected from the Identity Cards Unit or downloaded.
• Passport-size photo signed at the back by the same recommender.
