Attention Employers and Employment Agencies
The Employment Agencies Regulation (Subsidiary Legislation 452.130) came into force on the 1st June 2024.
Those employers whose recruitment model falls under the definitions of applicability of these regulations are subject to an Employment Agency Licence issued by the Department for Industrial and Employment Relations (DIER) and must be in possession of such license before they submit any single permit applications on behalf of any prospective third-country employees, with Identità.
Unlicensed agencies will NOT be permitted to submit applications with Identità as per the new regulation.
