The Searches Unit is a Public Entity that issues search orders related to the Transfer of Immovable Property by individuals or firms. The client avails himself of our services when he would need to obtain information on contracts of purchase or sale of property and wills made by relatives or other persons. The search is entirely focused on the person rather than the property and after the search is collected, the client would subsequently be able to ask for a copy of the actual contract or will from another department. One may also carry out a search to find out whether a deed he would have participated in would have been registered.
