e-ID cards can be collected from the Identity Cards Unit after six working days.

Applicants may also choose to collect their e-ID card from the Servizz.gov hub indicated at the application stage. If they choose this option, the card will be ready for collection after 10 days.

When collecting the e-ID card, applicants must present one of the following documents:

• Previous e-ID Card or;
• Form ID9 – Temporary ID Card (pink paper) in case of Lost e-ID Cards and new applicants.
