Public Registry

The Malta Public Registry within Identità has been awarded the Quality Label, a recognition given to public administration entities that consistently meet the highest standards of service.

 


This distinction reflects our commitment to understanding the needs of our customers, designing and delivering services that meet their expectations, ensuring quality and reliability in every interaction, and remaining accountable to the public we serve. The Quality Label is based on established principles, including the SERVQUAL model, which measures service through reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and the quality of tangible outcomes. It also follows Directive 4-2 and other policies that set out quality standards within the Public Administration.

 


As part of this achievement, the Malta Public Registry pledges to maintain and improve these standards through continuous monitoring, so that the Quality Label is not only achieved but sustained.
