As part of our strategic effort to bring our services closer to the communities and continue to strengthening compliance and governance, Identità, in collaboration with Servizz.gov is introducing a new collection service for Maltese Identity Card holders.

Maltese applicants applying for a new identity card will be given the option to collect their new document from the nearest Servizz.gov hub. Servizz.gov has a total of 22 hubs in Malta, and each hub caters for a number of assigned localities.

This collaboration with Servizz.gov is being offered as part of ongoing efforts to bring our identity-related services closer to our customers in local communities. Applicants need to present their old Identity Card when collecting the new one, or form ID9 or ID5 in the case of new applicants or if the identity card has been lost, respectively.
