Michael Mifsud

A firm believer in strategic thinking and effective leadership, Michael is in charge of developing, planning, and executing the agency's business strategies, plans, and procedures.

He joined Identità in 2016, and served for five years as Senior Manager for the Searches Unit. His background working for the Agency and in the public sector empowers him to set broad objectives and create rules and regulations that support Identità's culture and mission. Michael is also responsible for enhancing the digital aspect and digitization of services within the Agency.

He is in charge of overseeing daily operations and monitoring management's work in order to ensure best practices and provide constructive feedback. In doing so, he ensures that senior management follows the relevant legislation and policies. He takes pride in motivating employees and leading initiatives that contribute to the Agency's growth.

Michael holds a Masters in Governance and Management.
