Ryan Dimech

Ryan was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer in 2020 after holding a managerial position since joining Identità in 2014.

He supervises a group of human resources officers and oversees the department's routine duties, which include interviewing and hiring employees, and managing employee benefits while staying abreast of any laws that might have an impact on both the agency and its staff. In addition, he is in charge of talent development, acquisition, diversity & inclusion, succession planning, and retention. His love of technology made it easier to move to this developing digital world while maintaining a human touch.

Ryan holds a Masters in Business Administration from Chester University and a Degree in Management from the University of Malta.
