  • The authorised person for the organisation submitting the application is the person known as the Administrator and logs in using own personal eID;
  • eID credentials must not be shared, given or used by anyone other than the rightful owner;
  • If the Administrator wishes to authorise either an employee of his organisation or a supplier to manage applications for third-country nationals on behalf of own organisation, it is important to assign rightful access rights by following guidelines under sections ‘User Management’ and Mandate (Delegate) Company Services of the User Manual;
  • Unauthorised use of someone else’s credentials is liable to prosecution.
